Stupid topic for the lulz.

Me, I usually put my FemSheps in either the Cerberus fatigues or the long-sleeved officer's uniform, while my DudeSheps tend to wear the formal suit.  For armor, I seem to be partial to the Sentry Visor and white armor with red stripes.  In ME1, I always rolled with Colossus or Predator L/M/H for everyone, with Phantom for Garrus and Berserker for Wrex.  I'd put everybody in Phoenix when I got bored.

As for the ME2 squadmates, loyalty outfits for everyone except Jack and Thane, whom I put in the DLC stuff.  Jack's, apart from the shades, looks really nice (with a decent shirt!), and Thane's makes me lol.  Poor Thane.

I alternated between Cerberus fatigues and formal suit for my male Shepard. The whole squad sort of ended up conforming to an 'as black as possible' schtick with their uniforms once I noticed I was subconsciously going that route, anyway.

In ME1 I had mostly Colossus with Wrex wearing his really nifty Grunt-default-attire-looking thing for as long as possible. Unfortunately I can't for the life of me remember what it was called.

The only thing in both games I've been quick to 'fix' is Ashley's awful starting armor in ME1. Hated it. "I'm a tough chick. I wear pink." I mean, I guess nothing is absurdly wrong with that mindset -- it just feels absurd to me.

Sometimes I put Wrex in phoenix armor and make a troll face.





Normally I stick to darker colors as I tend to play infiltrators. And formal dubs as they look pimp.

In my latest Mass Effect 1 playthrough everyone except Liara had Colossus X (couldn't fine another) and level 10 Spectre weapons across the board.

Shepard changes. My first playthrough I had red/black camo, my more recent I just chose the standard 'canon' armour. On my next I haven't decided yet.

In ME1, I favored the Armax Predator X L, M or H , as much for the green camo color scheme as the armor stats, which has higher Shields and Tech/Biotic protection than Colossus but lower Damage resistances.

In ME2 I favored matt grey on black camo-patterned N7 armor (Kestrel variant) for Shepard on EVA's & crewman's outfit or Kasumi's formal wear when on board. For the squaddies I used loyalty outfits for all but Garrus (Alt App Pack) and Thane (Alt App Pack) because he, like Kasumi) looks good in red.

- Casuel: Formal wear
- Combat: Default N7 armor + Kuwashi visor. Default colour scheme.

Miranda, Jacob, Samara, Grunt, Zaeed, Mordin all wear loyalty outfits.

Garrus, Tali, Legion and Kasumi wear defualt outfits.

ME1: whichever clownsuit has the best stats, I honestly don't remember what any of the specific armors look like.



ME2: I prefer black and green N7 armor, although if I get the DLC alternate appearance stuff, I may enjoy the Collector armor... casually, I prefer the labcoat.

The squadmates all get loyalty outfits, though the alternate appearance pack may change my mind about some of them.

Jacob, Miranda, and Jack in their loyalty armor. I like everyone elses default better. I don't like the alternate appearance packs.

Shepard in the default armor with custom red with black stripes(for my renegade female) and white with purple stripes (for my paragon male) and I wear the helmet that you can still see Shepard's face in.

For casual outfits I wear femshep's formal wear you get from the Kasumi DLC and male shep's white and black formal-ish looking outfit.

Each of my Shepards have a certain style and armor colors. MainShep wears the default Cerberus uniform, and her armor is red/dark red camo with golden highlights.

It's harder to find good armors in ME1. I like to keep squadmates in the color combinations that "match" them best, like Wrex in red and Garrus in blue. In ME2, I think all of the armors match their characters well, but sometimes I have favorites.

In ME2:

My MaleShep John wears the standard Cerebus uniform for casual, while on missions he wears the Kestrel Armor (sans helmet) in it's default coloring with red stripes.

My Fem Shep, Laura wears the Science uniform for casual (only on Femshep does that suit look good), while on missions she wears a Kestrel Armor in dull white with red stripe plus the Archon Visor.

As for my squadmates:

Miranda: Default (onship), Loyalty (on missions)
Jacob: Loyalty all the way
Zaeed: Loyalty
Garrus: Default (onship), Alternate Appearance Armor (on mission)
Mordin: Default
Kasumi: Loyalty (that red outfit looks good on her

Wrex: Usually 'best in slot' so I don't tend to color theme it.

Tali: The yellow and white armor that looks rather striking.

Liara: Shares armor with Kaidan, so if he's not wearing the dusky armor, she is. I'd probably have her in colossus if my Shepard wasn't using it.



In ME2:



Shepard: Default armor with a few pieces from the recent DLC armor. Usually black or dusky gold. Casual wear is almost always the science uniform. I just love how it looks on her.



Everyone else wears loyalty colors, with the exception of Garrus and Jack who wear the DLC armor. And Mordin, because I have a hard time telling the difference between his loyalty armor and his normal armor...

The only two people I change into loyalty outfits are Miranda and Jack. I think Miranda's loyalty outfit looks less sl*tty and I can take her character seriously. Jack is for obvious reasons. I don't like the visor so I make do with a retexture.



In ME1 everybody was in Colossus Armor X when I could find it. I like the color scheme personally.



In ME2 my Shepard wore the darkest black armor with dark red accents. Sometimes he'd use the camo pattern, again in dark red, to make it look like his armor was splattered with the blood of his enemies. Channeling the "Gade" side of Paragade.
