Some do and some don't.

Personally, I tend to treat my trophies like girlfriends.

I will not elaborate.

Sneaky git. You don't have any trophies!
I kid, I kid :innocent:

rofl, no please tell me all about your trophies! And then I'll tell you about my combat tour in Vietnam.

I'm 13 and I don't with mine. Actually, not a lot of people in my town know I have a girlfriend... except one person when it slipped right out of my mouth. I will be haunted by that day...

13? Your too young to be dating! I suggest you dump her, then go home and rethink your life. Have you ever seen a phosphorous grenade burn the skin off a fellow service man? I'll tell you it's something you will never, NEVER forget.

Did people interpret my post as bragging? My intention was to hint at a possible sexually deviant relationship with inanimate objects in an attempt to elicit humor at my expense. Oh well. For the record, I've won a few things in my life, but I have never been rewarded in the form of a shiny cup with handles.

I was just messin with yah, if you didn't know.

But yeah teenage years those where some of the best and worse days of my life. Yeah we all dropped the F-bomb at some point. Some more then others. Even though it's wrong it's what teenagers do and there is really nothing short of a radical culture change that will change that. :)

"These days"? "Teenagers"? Where have you been? Throughout history certain types of humans have always treated their significant others like trophies. Age does not matter.

If I may ask, why would you want to keep the fact you have a girlfriend a secret? Isn't that a bit rude to said girl, I mean if you are embarrassed to admit you are together and all...

Why is it only about girlfriends? In my school most of the girls parade their boyfriend around like some prized possesion.

It's been 3 years...HA!

No , but seriously , it's been 3 years .

My girlfriend and I are having the best time together .

It's working out between us . I don't know about other people's relationships since most of my friends like to show those "Gestures" around girls . So , yeah , I guess most of them treat woman like trophies .

But not me . Because It's been 3 years . Do you know how hard it is to maintain a relationship when you're a teen ?!

A friend of mine broke up with his old gf on saturday (a week ago, not today :P), started dating her best friend on wednesday and on friday night was telling this new gf that he loved her. LOVED! After two f*cking days! Others friends have all exhibited similar behavior. So yeah...

I can top that. My mate not only declared his love but also that she was the woman he was going to spend the rest of his life with after spending four hours with her. FOUR HOURS!! Apparently qualifying for this honour simply required her to not tell him to f*ck off after half an hour. I wish I could say he is a teenager but he isn't, its not just limited to teenagers.

Not sure why so many people feel this is restricted to teenagers. There are enough broken families out there to show that even adults have a hard time understanding that love of not being alone is not the same as being in love with the one who takes away loneliness.
