I completed the game, and i recently bought liar of shadow broker, but i'm not recieving any mail to do this mission, so i have to start all over again or what to do??

Log into the cerberus network at the start menu and it should verify that you have it, assuming you downloaded it and installed it of course. I just did Lair after doing a full run through of the game (Saving all optional for stuff to do afterwards) and it worked fine.

You get an email saying that you should speak to Liara. Once you do, you can tell her "lets get SB" and then proceed with the mission.
