If it wasn't true, I'm sure someone would have come here and said that. If it is true, then only someone with the authorization to disclose the information would be able to confirm its validity, which is why no one has said it is true yet. This makes me believe that it is true.

Character creator, demo or both I would be very pleased to see this confirmed as true. Although personally I think I'd prefer a CC ala Origins, I find demo's for story based games like this never do the full game justice and such.

They did for ME2 for it's release on PS3. was about a month beforehand, had the character builder, the opening scenario, and then a mission from later in the game.

Personally I think it will just be the demo like the ones we all saw at all of those expos, where you play as default hawke but get to choose class/gender.
That's still 6 playthroughs of the demo though.

This better be a demo! We have little enough as it is and the game is little over a month away.
I don't know about develepment times but this close to release I would assume that the game is finished and that their working on the finishing touches right?

Actually I've been told by Fernando by PM that the game has been finished for a couple of months now, and is in Quality Assurance, bug fixing, etc. When the game has gone Gold, meaning going into publishing, then there will be an announcement I am sure. It has not gone Gold yet.

I agree. If they released a CC I would be so happy! The CC for Origins was a lot of fun to play around with.
