If a Bioware employee locked the thread without stating it's in fact false, that would just confirm that there will be a demo, which we obviously aren't suppoed to know yet.

If they followed EA's lead as of late in not releasing PC demos of multi-platform games, then yes, I'd fully expect a s***storm of epic proportions.

its just not confirmed and irresponsible to mislead people thats reason enough to shut it down. speculate however way you want.

Bah playing as default Hawke would be  so boring the only reason I would get excited for a Demo is to see the character creator...

They would never do something like that for that stupid a reason. They have always been open to speculation and debate on every topic available, even incredibly controversial ones. If they lock it and hand out a couple of warnings to the posters, it will be for misusing their freedom of speech.

It's up to the individual, not you to decide what they find misleading and what they don't. For all intents and purposes, this is a speculation thread.

And that is a large reason why this thread will very likely not get locked.

Excuse me, but I don't believe I said that I believed the demo is out. I don't believe anything until a Dev confirms it. It was only a question. Keep your assumptions to yourself.

By demo they could easily mean "character creator." The word "demo" might fit into the advertisement better.
