You download it. I don't know how to froma PC, but on my Xbox 360 I go to Game marketplace and select the "Demos" section.

Yeah but that was JUST a CC. If they add demo to it there is the problem of exp gained in the demo and all that jazz. I know it is doable but it just seems like a nightmare for Bioware. They are damned if they do damned if they don't.
