Odd how the french version is almost the same thing except for it, though.

These slip ups happen so often I almost can't help but wonder if they are real slip ups. I don't think it would generate even more hype than an official demo but then again I don't work in marketing.

I wish someone would modify the thread title.. even with the question mark it still seems a bit misleading. Hopefully a real announcement will be made one way or the other so I can decide if I need to drop off the forums in the near future to avoid spoilers.

Yeah, neither the french or the english versions mention anything at all about DA2.

Edit: What if the demo only comes out for Europe? ...

Well, when that happened with the Heavy Rain demo on PS3. (It was only available for players in the UK and I'm from the US) I just made a seperate PSN account using an English address (I just googled some random Movie Theatre in East Sussex lol) and I was able to download it. I beat the system! >

That doesn't seem right, I distinctly remember playing the Heavy Rain demo on my PS3.

Maybe because I live in Canada? /Shrug

Not sure about Canada, but it did eventually come out in the US, but the UK got it earlier if you completed the online origami killer game you'd get a code to download it early if you lived in the UK. I'm just impatient. XD I would assume Canada got the demo the same time the US did.

Probably not, though. PSN only updates on Thursdays where I live. Nothing for consoles til then, anyway.

Where in the Maker's name do you live? PSN is supposed to update on Tuesdays, at least in NA it does.

If you're talking about a xbox live release then that would be bad indeed but in case of the PC would it matter that much to load from a server abroad?
Though it makes me wonder if the europe demos will have a different Voice-over i.e. german or french that would spoil a earlier release right there.(don't care for anything but original VO)

From my experience, EA is not one to make a demo exclusive to one platform. But I wouldn't put it past Activision.
