For my "culture" what means that? 

it means they've agreed to not comment on any information regarding whatever the NDA covers. 

For example if you get into an MMORPG beta test, they almost always have you sign an electronic NDA which means you agree to not discuss the game or distribute information about it while the NDA is in effect

Also - The timer that indicates 10am on 1 Feb (MST)... for LotSB, GoA, Overlord etc they have been available for Xbox players when Xbox Live updates at 2am on the day. Can't remember whether that's PST or EST though. But potentially less than 12 hours for console players.

After all this speculation, and that fact that this thread is scarily close to hitting 100 pages. There seriously has to be a demo tomorrow, or there will be a lot of disappointed and pissed off people on this forum.. Including me

I will miss my dwarves.  The part where you had a dude speaking for you in the noble origin was the most unique experience I've had gaming in years.  I enjoyed it so much I ended up giggling.  But seeing my Hawke and Hawkettes... that's going to rock some crazy ass!

What I am wondering is why announce playable builds of DAII at Taiwan (Feb.3) and the Czech Republic (Feb.18-22) if they are releasing a demo for the game tommorrow(today for some). Unless they plan on showcasing a different playbuild at those consumer events maybe.

That's what I thought at first, but I have seen it stated a number of times on the forum that that is not the case.  I think someone from Bioware said that February 1 still means something, though I don't have a link so I am not certain.
