I would just like to note that a person earlier with inside information mentioned that a demo was in the process of being made so there is a demo, that is no question. The information leaked by EA was not a scam and is legit from what we have discovered. The only question now is whether the demo will be released and when so please people stop asking if there is a demo or not. We know there is now but the date of release has not been confirmed.



And for those who are skeptical, the person who mentioned this information is just a few pages back so go check if you don't believe me, but please, I am for being sane as anyone and not getting overworked about this, but can people stop being so down on everyone's enthusiasm? If they want to get excited then let them and stop saying they will just be disappointed.

The suposed original release date for DA2.

We all know that it probobly was the case. But still:

1: The Devs have said that they got things planed for this date.
2: The Devs said that there will be some big suprises coming in Febuary, hinting that we would never guess what some of it was.

Slightly off topic, but they brought that up as something that would stop working with the maintenance. Mine hasn't worked even without the maintenance, lol.

Are you playing with the console enabled?  That tends to stop it from updating your profile, even if you're logged in.  I had the same problem until I started playing with the console off.  Once I did, it immediately started updating again.

I have the PS3 version actually, so there's no console to be opened

Totally!  But now think about this... imaging if your dwarf actually said the line "Gorim, tell this man he is a ******."  I would have been laughing so hard I lost bowel control (more often than usual, anyways).  I'd love to see something like that in the demo, if there is even any game play.

A few pages back a member on this site who lives in Edmonton Canada mentioned that h/she has a friend who works in the Bioware QA department. This friend then mentioned that two weeks ago they were working on a demo for Dragon Age 2. Of course we are still waiting for devs to officially say something.

You can't balive anything a random poster says on a message board.  I should know I live with David Gaider and he laughs when people do.

I think some of us have become too jaded though to the point where we don't trust anything. I am giving this person somewhat the benefit of the doubt. I am a positive thinker.

I wasn't responding to you JasonPogo, I was responding to the earlier poster saying maybe she would be announced as a LI. I didn't know if they had all the information or not.
