Ok, I've seen many a thread which go into detail on how to distribute skill points for your ME2 companions, yet there are little if few for the ME1 companions.

So I've decided to create this thread so everyone can discuss their ME1 companion builds and how they tailor their squadmates to their Shepard's class.

I tend to use Wrex and Garrus/Tali/Kaidan or Tali and Liara as the Soldier. I will post level 60 builds for the squad, which is 82 points Total.

I leave the Squad to actively use their Talents for ME. Also since I tend to use the Soldier on the 360, I don't put points in Stasis, but it is a good Talent to use for Adepts and Sentinels.

I don't remember much offhand but I do recall finding Tali pretty useless despite my best efforts to accommodate her.

I've found Tali to be incredibly useful. With AI Hacking maxed and with the Nexus or Savant Omnitool she can really spam Sabotage, Overload, and Damping.

I keep her with the shotgun and I try to get her the Colossus Armor with any armor mod that boosts her cool down.

Then having Liara as the other squadmate, with the Savant bio-amp, Colossus Armor and any armor mod that boosts her cool down, I can breeze through many fights on Insanity with both of them.

Any combination works well, but with Tali and Liara properly supported they are a terror to behold
