 As the title says my game thinks I have the grim reaper and reaper achievements so I can't get them unlocked.

Basically first time I was doing harvester on hard just as I beat it my game froze for the first time, I didn't think anything of it and just went back and beat it again and didn't get the achievement, I did it on nightmare just to see if I got it and I didn't... I even tried casual and didn't get it, I thought it might just be an issue with my playthrough so I went to try it again and got gear from awakenings just to make it easier to beat the harvester and when I looked at my invent I had the items you get for the achievements....

Today I even tried recovering my gamertag at a friends house and used a default golems playthrough to beat it on casual and didn't get the achievement so yeah I really don't know what to do... anyone have suggestions?

Same Problem here, except for the Achievement, I Just completed the main Storyline And got one of The ending Achievements (Ultimate Sacrifice) Despite the fact I didn't Actually go That route... Idk if Spoilers are allowed here so that's all I'll say on the matter.
