I've had few graphical glitches so far but I've barely made 26 hours of gameplay and haven't tried Overlord yet which I read has some issues of this nature.

One glitch I just noticed deals with the standard N7 helmet (The one without the mask). Basically my custom male Shepard's head clips through a portion of the helmet's sides. The head doesn't go completely through the helmet but part of the hair clips through and can be seen beneath the clear visor on both sides of the head (The hair remains beneath the visor but clips partially through the helmet). The problem can be seen both in the armor select screen as well as ingame.

Don't know if anyone else has experienced this issue with the N7 helmet but it is the only one that has the problem. The N7 helmet with the full mask does not have this problem for me, only the standard one. I have not tried the default MaleShep head yet to see if the issue only occurs with custom heads.
