The problem: I had a party in Orzemmar (doing a personal quest -- don't want to give spoilers). had my inventory filled (supposedly) even though only 122 out of 125 slots were taken. I went to camp to sell stuff and store stuff in the storage chest mod. My party followed me into camp as a party! They ran around after me like it was a normal map. I went into party selection, deselected them, and they toddled off to their usual spots. I did my errands, gathered a different party, and went back to Frostback mountain, and noone I chose came with me. I spent a bit of time, and discovered I could get back out with the same party that originally followed me in; but that trying to change the party -- even in a legit map like Orzammar commons, Frostback Mountain, etc. ended up with those characters never coming out. They would seem to select properly, but not show up. Reselecting the old party brought those three back.
Oh, and one of them also seemed to have permanently overwritten whatever file gives Tear of Lilith its nice long dress look. Now it is a sort of cover as little as possible wrap. Again, this remained even after I had deinstalled the various mods from tonight, and reinstalled the wings of Lilith mod (which also gave the tear of Lilith).
Mods installed tonight:
1. Sappho's mods -- all of them.
2. The Winter Forge
3. Songs of Liliana (the mod allowing the cutscene of the song to play multiple times)
4. Sex scenes play every time (worked with Morrigan, not with Liliana -- yes I have polygamey active so that I can romance them both at the same time).
5. NVariety (I already had NBaio, but was seduced by the thought of making the models for all the pcs and npcs different.).
I unchecked the ones I could see in downloadable content before deinstalling the folders by deletion or through Modmanager.
I really would like some help.
EDIT: One of the deletions finally fixed the Tear of Lilith issue; but the characters are still disappearing.
