Okay this has been buggin the crap out of me Why does Saren have those two fringe horns on his cheeks. No other turian has fringe horns on their faces. They only have three on the top of their heads. Now if SAren was a female then it could be argued gender wise but he isn't so why in the Makers name does he have those two fringe horns on his face and why is his skin so different. he looks like even without his implants like a cross between a human and turian.
does anyone have an explaination?

Given that they are still present in his Sovereign controlled form I would guess that they are implants.

They designed Saren before they designed other turians, with the intention of making him look badass. Other turians do, in fact, have cheek horns; they just lie flat against the face and are nowhere near as long.

This, and the fact that Saren looks like he's been around the mill, it could be some kind of surgery gone wrong to fix his face, he's scarred like a bad muther.
