Unless Shepard unknowingly catches a cold, flu or other virus. He doesn't get sick but it kills Tali.

Remember Tali= space AIDS

Since Bioware is ending Commander Shepard's story and most people like Tail, you might have to either sacrifice her or yourself at the end of ME3. I do not believe having relations with Shep wont kill her.

Well since someone bought up Mercs, ever notice how all the Rocket Mercs are female(Majority of the time if not every)

Oh and like Tali too, I grown attached to her. I think i gotta decided to either cheat on Liara with Tali or break it off before i go through the Omega Relay.
