I agree male elves being bi is kinda stereotypical. Having Varric or even "Anders" being the bi guy (lulz) would be a shocker.
I'd like to see Aveline, basically because she isnt "Super hawt" like the Li's always are. (Look at what we see of Tali's face in ME1 compared to 2, she went from being cute to practically a super model O_o.)

I want Varric for M/M LI. Fenris seems fine, but I like Varric more and if Fenris is the M/M LI then Varric can't be the M/M LI and that makes me Dhiro-annoyed.

There's no way that all 6 of the main companions are LIs. I still stand by the statement that Aveline will probably not be an LI, and that I have a gut feeling neither will Fenris.

I've been seriously praying for Varric and Fenris as LI for females. I actually hope the mage is Anders. If not the male mage in the screenshots is really cute anyway. ;D
Also it has been said in some reviews and I'm pretty sure Gaider has said it, that there will be flirts/romance with non party NPCs. Whether they can become flings like Sweet Darrien/Iona quest is yet to be known. I hope there is a qunari fling. Their new design is just sooooo sexy. ;A;

Why is Sebastian not under consideration for a love interest character? While he might be like Zaeed and Kasumi and be kind of a sub-main party character with a smaller amount of content and interactivity, he could also be like Shale and be a fully implemented part of the game with as much or more content than other party members. Certainly i'd expect him over Varric, who is unlikely to be a love interest by the simple act of being the token dwarf.

He's DLC. BioWare never makes their DLC characters romance-able.

Most people don't consider Sebastian because he is a dlc character. It doesn't seem likely. Thats all. It would be unfair to put him as a LI if some people aren't able to get him. Not everyone has capable internet/xbox live.

Yes indeed, plus we know from prior experiance that BioWare doesn't tend to make optional/downloadable characters romancable.

Anyway. He's not the typical dwarf. From what we've seen, he's not even vaguely stereotypical. If he's playing into any sort of archetype, it appears to be that of the charming rogue. Who, in BioWare games, is almost always romanceable.

Dwarves can't be mages. And although Varric may be the only Dwarven companion, that doesn't preclude other Dwarven NPCs in the game at all.

Did you know in Bioware's track record that we have romanced a lizard/bird and someone with a face we've never seen? I loved Garrus. He wasn't human, but he was attractive to myself and others. Sebastian is DLC. It would be unfair to make him an optional LI. Bioware knows that and he most likely won't be a romance. Just because Varric is a dwarf doesn't mean players don't find him less attractive than an elf and human. I certainly find him VERY attractive. I would love to have him as a LI. I would pick him over Sebastian.
