Incomplete poll is incomplete. With the information available, none of the currently known characters are romantically interesting to me.
I've set up a new, less messier poll.

The poll still doesn't have a "no" option. <_<XX55XX wrote...

I agree with this. Maybe Varric? The buffet of manliness would be a nice contrast to Zevran.Noviere wrote...
I like Fenris and all, but I'd like the M/M option to not be an elf again.

Could be but remeber there's the "Virginal Girl Next Door" statement. Aveline didnt really fit the picture.

He also said something about the interpretation of that phrase.

I see what you're getting at, could be used as possible misdirectionXX55XX wrote...
Didn't David Gaider say that she was desribing tropes not describing any particular charactors sexual history? I'll see if I can find quote.
I remember that, yes. But Mr. Gaider would be hard-pressed to explain why they showed a shot of Merrill in that trailer the same moment the words "virginal girl next door" were mentioned.
Perhaps he was talking about someone else? I find it hard to believe that there could be a completely unannounced female companion that might fit that description, and that they were simply using Merrill as a placeholder.
I think Mr. Gaider was just trying to dissuade us from adopting certain pre-conceived notions. But, to me, at this point in time, Merrill is still the "virginal girl next door."

So, Merrill ends up not being a virgin. She might even be lying about her virginity. So what. So what.

Apparantly (though unconfirmed) now you can still have a romance relationship even with negative approval .
This I like. No longer do we need to flatter the *** out of them.
Think of the possibilities!

I find it intimidating to post on romance threads these days.
I enjoy them. I enjoy friendships. They are both entertaining and enjoyable. However, many people take them so seriously that I feel out of my depth.

Yeah, the dead spouse thing only works if it's a guy. Women love being told they remind someone of his dead wife.Sophiatje wrote...
