I'd probably have to choose Justice.  He was, in my opinion, the most interesting of the bunch.  Ashame he got so little air time.

Honestly? From Origins, none. Cameos would be cool, but it's a new game and I'm ready for new companions to grow close to and learn about- or grow apart from and hate.



From awakenings..well that's harder. We got so much less time to get to know them....I'd say sigrun.

Nathaniel. All the characters from origins are tied to the warden and have nothing to do with Hawke but Nathaniel spent a lot of time in the freemarches

I'd say Leliana except she's with my Warden, so I'd prefer Sigrun, as she's still available for Hawke . Both are so awesome, they're by far my favorites.

This.  Those two characters were great.  And considering that Anders is a possible companion and Nathaniel is in the Free Marches during the DA2 timeline, this may just come true!
