On topic, does a demo still make a difference less than two weeks before the game comes out? It seems just about as useful as the ME2 demo was.

If true, the only thing I care about at this point is a character creator. I am already hell-bent on playing a warrior, so I wouldn't need to "test the water" with the available classes.

The "point" is I dispute the connection between 2-1-11 and the demo.

I believe that there are three reasonable theories about the flyer.

1 - Whatever it was, was cancelled.

2 - It was cancelled and they made those two 'tricks' up to make up for it.

3 - Yes, that universal flyer was about a closed beta and a closed early demo.

I for one, doubt its 3. But am curious if you have any tangible evidence that rules it out completely aside from 'good sense'.

You can say that again. I wasn't that put off by the events of this day, but the shennanigans on the forum today are certainly sure to live in infamy for a long time to come.

I can't rule it out completely any more than I can definitively prove a connection.  That's why I'm not simply resorting to calling the people I'm having a discussion with blind fools.  They could be right.  I'm annoyed that they refuse to consider they could be wrong.
