Tomorrow, February the 2nd, the date that featured inside Awakening's box with the DA2 dragon on the background, is also Wednesday.
My bad. Where I live, we make a habit of putting the numbers in a different order, which means I would always read February the 2nd

Sometimes I'd like that nothing happens at all in 2/1/2011. Just for the lulz.

Has your LOTRO client downloaded yet? Because I hope it hasn't. Just for the lulz.

But you know what? Bioware/EA doesn't owe us anything and it kinda disappoints me that if nothing happens (and nothing might) that a thread I restarted will contribute to the whinging.

Then you should read it as January the 2nd, we use the numbers the same way, remember?

Demo's to me are like those thongs that stick up above lasses jeans, they just get you frustrated and more eager to get your hands on the real thing and yet you can't do anything except chew your lip, mutter and think obscene thoughts.

Best Metaphor for demos Ever.

I still say a DA2 demo is the most reasonable conclusion given the evidence, circumstantial or otherwise. XBL not updating with a demo is a ding to that conclusion but hardly a nail in the coffin.

...and I so wanted that to come from Shorty,Maria etc.

It was completely misread on my part!
Despite that, my theory still stands

BioWare releases on XBL such as demos, DLC, etc. I have noticed don't normally appear until later on in the day. I live on the East Coast USA and noticed this pattern with every BioWare XBL release. How much later in the day? Around 12PM-3PM EST. I hope there's a demo like most of you, and the evidence certainly is strong. However the demo may not appear until later today, so keep faith.
Remember: 12PM-3PM EST. Convert the time as you need to.

Thanks for the info. I'll continue to check around 11AM-2PM (CST) then. :] I have a small bit of hope again.

There never was much hope.
But then again in the end they succeeded. Still saying the demo or it's announcement is the most logical conclusion given the circumstances. I'll be disappointed if it isn't so but nothing is owed to us, except perhaps a explanation for the different tact they decided to take this time in denying something that was patently untrue (if it is).

Yes, Bioware will have a lot to answer for it it turns out there is no demo, in which case they should have told us...
