No, the PSN is usually updated fairly late in the day.

No, Bioware doesn't usually announce stuff before 10am local (it's 9:12 now), i was just hoping against hope it might have slipped onto xbox live before an announcement.

Woke up at 6am, left for work and returned at 4pm, yet there is no news. Dissappointment doesn't even cover what I'm feeling.

About the whole Xbox 360 live being updated, it could be that it's a PC only CC or that it will be slipped into Live later. Who knows.

Guys, the easiest thing to do would be to get on with your lives, do whatever you usually do, and come back in the evening (Bioware's time), and see what they have announced.
