Somehow I can't believe Dragon Age Legends is the big announcement. I have already been a part of the beta so the fact that it is now "closed" beta makes no sense. I thought it was already closed.

Most people confuse dark/closed beta for the same thing so I assumed wrongly.  Thanks for the tip!

There are NPC companions that you can party with, and you can try to solo the game, but its really hard to do it.

well im fairly new to these forums, but putting a poster in Awakenings that details one specific moment in the development of the legends game is pretty much the most random thing ever.

the closed beta announce is not on the dragon age 2 main page so it's not da2 related...the flier was da2 related....

the good news: we still get DA2 on march 8!!

This. I sort of doubt to possibility of a demo as well but I hardly think that going into closed beta for a facebook game was what they had in mind when they wrote the fliers for awakening...

I hope it's not just the facebook game; unless it was being released, I can't see them sending out slips with a date on it to signify something moving from open to closed beta. A release, maybe.

I still don't think they would substitute that of all things. I don't doubt the possibiity that you're right and we'll get a substitution, but it'll certainly be something more than just Legends going to close beta. A trailer, a new character announcement, a webisode story, something substantial that everyone can enjoy.

Relax, lets hope it was all just an accident that they revealed closed BETA of DA:Legends.

Our hopes still live, still nothing official on this forum(I think) or on DA:O fb sites or so.
