Haha, that's pretty colossally lame. I was just hoping for a new sacred ashes type trailer to kick off the marketing campaign. Oh well, I expect something worthwhile will come in time. I love that Laidlaw played it up. I really hope we get a new leaflet in our da2 boxes. Now that would be epic.

Yes, but the professional thing to do is to own up and say "There will be no big announcement". Or at least clear up that, "On 2/1/11 there will be no demo". If they're going to double-troll us and it turns out there is, well, that's possibly the most unprofessional thing BioWare has ever done.

If they'd just done that, I'd have been disappointed, but only slightly. My trust in BioWare wouldn't have seen a dent. But letting us get so excited? Why do that?

This was suppose to be a special day for all fans, well I`ve been in the beta for a few weeks and the game itself doesn`t seem to have changed at all so... How is this special at all?

I think they didn't post mainly b/c this started on the weekend when they weren't working. I wouldn't get on them too much yet. Besides I bet they are hardly on their 5th coffee since it is only like noon there. Suffice it to say we will be getting the real thing in just over a month demo or not

I would have said anything if Bioware had since released Legends in Social Network, but on Facebook, the site where I is the most hate to bring us to community members to to sign up as very bold, since they will work with EA them together I always unsympathetic! Here's a useless game item as a stupid online game, Bioware bazaar, which still belongs at last to exploit the brand so !!!!!

I'm sure something more was planned or intended.  Whether it's yet to come, postponed or was cancelled is the unknown question.

Bioware thinks a CLOSED BETA to a FACEBOOK GAME is good enough for a date that's been hyped for almost a year?

LOL! You have a point, I guess. Yet it seems like everything they announce crashes their server - maybe only 7 people tried to access it.

It's just that announcing a FB-game is hardly worth advertising months before with a slip (or whatever you call it again) and then letting people post/wait for hours. They could have just said "No" we are not releasing a demo" Then I would have been disapointed, but at least I didn't waste hours refreshing the page just like at the bazaar.

David Gaider came in halfway through the other thread to tell us to stay on topic. Stanley Woo shut us down because we were offtopic.

Not like the *Why can't we Cry* thread which was shut down fast. They just said no and moved on. Puzzling.
