:alien:Sorry to bother you but I'm trying to re-download the special mission "Zaeed" and "Normandy's crash site"...My game has been unistalled for a long time and now I can't found where these missions are..and so I can't reload any of my carachters! can you help me?

Go to the sidebar on the left and highlight over "profile" then click on "your registered Game Promotions". Scroll down to where you see the DLC your missing and on the right there should be a download button.
