Title says it all. No answers appear anywhere in the forums, although I've seen a thread about this issue. Is Bioware listening at all? If I have to stop playing my 40$ game, I'm going to be pissed.

Well, we need some more information here before you stop playing.

Does this happen regularly or was this a one-time occurrence?
If so, welcome to the club. Happens every few weeks to mostly everyone. If the problem persists, THEN it's a problem.

If it happens regularly, at which point does it happen?

Are you patched up to 1.04?

BTW, this forum isn't part of Bioware support. There are just helpful users here. :)

You should get patched automatically (When you start DA:O, there should be a popup window asking you "A new version is available. Do you want to update?" or something similar.) You can check your version number by right-clicking on Dragon Age Origins.app and selecting "information". it should start 1.04.xxxxx.
