I just upgraded my sound card to a Creative X-Fi Titanium card and after about half an hour or so, while exploring a planet in the car i get a BSOD. I restart my computer and the sound doesn't work. I restart it again and the sound works, i start upp mass effect again and get the same BSOD on almost the same spot. I was shooting the gun on the car while going down a steep slope...

My specs are:
Intel i5 750 2.67Ghz (4 cpus)
8192MB Ram
Win 7 Pro 64-bit
ATI Radeon HD5700 2803MB (Dual monitors, 1920x1080 and 1280 x 1024)
DirectX 11
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium PCI-Express

Anything else you need?

Disable the sound card, both in the device manager and your BIOS, play a while without sound or on onboard sound to verify that it's indeed a sound card problem. It also wouldn't hurt if you could post the BSOD error.
