However after working for them for almost six years I know for a fact that GAME don't bother to inform their employees of anything. The only information customer services will have is what is on the website. If you work for GAME and want to know anything about a release you have to go and find out about it yourself.
The only advice I can give short of constantly emailing customer services is if you don't have them when you get your game, take your invoice/receipt to your local store and shove it in their faces. tell them you pre-ordered online and didn't receive your bonus items. If they're on a card or something outside of the box the store always ALWAYS have a few dozen spare.
In fact for spare pre-order bonuses after the release day members of staff are told to just give them to any customers to get rid of them.

I would try to do that, but I doubt the GAME store in my city would even know what Dragon Age 2 is.

Unless they have and someone at EA Bioware's end is to blame (obviously not Chris as he's saying we should get the bonuses), but there is definitely something going wrong somewhere and I can't see it being resolved even with this stream of e-mails.
On a related note I can't see anything on play.coms listing for the Sig edition that indicates it gets their pre-order bonus either? I havn't bothered to e-mail them to check yet though.

I'd be interested to know the answer to that one also, all I have seen on pre-orders for them is the Amulet of Ashes, which was detailed after the sig edition deadline.

What's the latest we've had from BioWare? Are they at least aware that GAME are still telling us the content doesn't come with the Signature Edition?
They've been awfully quiet in all pre-order related topics actually... more than likely due to the amount of unhappy people in them.
