If they were it should have been done already... I mean it's only a month until the US release, and just over that for us.

Please, could you confirm that Game Spain will also be getting these items for the Signature Edition?
And also if the codes for the Black Emporium will be on the box or must be sent by the retailer by email as these problematic items...?

And as for confirming that Game Spain will be getting those items.... well we're having trouble convincing just Game UK to give us the items. :D

I'm in the same situation with pre-ordering from GAME and will be sending a scathing email if the items aren't included.



However after working for them for almost six years I know for a fact that GAME don't bother to inform their employees of anything. The only information customer services will have is what is on the website. If you work for GAME and want to know anything about a release you have to go and find out about it yourself.



The only advice I can give short of constantly emailing customer services is if you don't have them when you get your game, take your invoice/receipt to your local store and shove it in their faces. tell them you pre-ordered online and didn't receive your bonus items. If they're on a card or something outside of the box the store always ALWAYS have a few dozen spare.



In fact for spare pre-order bonuses after the release day members of staff are told to just give them to any customers to get rid of them.

I would try to do that, but I doubt the GAME store in my city would even know what Dragon Age 2 is.

It's kinda funny to consider that we, the fans, apparently have a better line of communication with EA Bioware's marketing department than a massive UK games retailer like Game does. By now they must have had an 'unusual' amount of e-mails/calls etc. about this issue yet it doesn't seem like they have taken any action to call the publishers marketing department themselves to clear this up for their customers.



Unless they have and someone at EA Bioware's end is to blame (obviously not Chris as he's saying we should get the bonuses), but there is definitely something going wrong somewhere and I can't see it being resolved even with this stream of e-mails.



On a related note I can't see anything on play.coms listing for the Sig edition that indicates it gets their pre-order bonus either? I havn't bothered to e-mail them to check yet though.

I'd be interested to know the answer to that one also, all I have seen on pre-orders for them is the Amulet of Ashes, which was detailed after the sig edition deadline.

As far as I know, Play.com have now cancelled their Signature Edition and given refunds for those that purchased it =/

:blink: since when? I've only seen a few people have their order cancelled.

If Play completely cancelled all SE orders they would be shooting themself in the foot, and would likely loose those customers for good.

Well, I suppose if the issue doesn't get resolved between now and release, anyone desperate for the content can just order a standard edition, get the code, and then return the game and use the code with their Signature Edition.

I ended up doing that to get the ME2 pre-order armors, for all the good they turned out to be...

The latest was that it was coming with the SE if you pre-ordered from Game, they have not said anything since that.

They've been awfully quiet in all pre-order related topics actually... more than likely due to the amount of unhappy people in them.

Well I'm sure it would make a lot of us a lot less unhappy if someone from BioWare / EA posted to let us know they were of aware of this issue and were planning to take action to correct it.
