A couple of questions.....is will progress you make in the beta transfer to the real version, also these crowns....you have to buy them with real money??? What the hell is gold for then. And you have to wait hours to bring back companions who fight with you. I just started today and I am very confused by all this.

Gold is for upgrading your castle. You can't buy armor or weapons without crowns. Yes you have to buy crowns with real money.



There is a cool down period for companions in the game. If your companions are alive at the end of the battle the cool down period is about 4-5 hours. If they died it takes about 24 hours for them to fully recharge for re-use. They are forcing the whole 'get your friends to join' thing. Dragon Age Journey's was by far a superior game in my opinion.



As for the progress you make in the closed beta transferring to the released version, no everyone will be wiped clean when the full version comes out.

I dont understand. a friend invited me to play (no beta key) and I managed to play. But when I go back to the app, it asks me for a beta key, which I never received. Any help?

It's still closed beta you do need a key. I'm not sure how you bypassed the whole no key thing the first time. I'm not the one who programmed the game. But to play continuously you need a key that is my understanding.

Damn. I did the tutorial, set up the castle, and was ready for my first quest. I closed it but when I came back, no access.



I guess I'll wait to see if I get a beta key soon.

Yea I loved Dragon Age Journey's, and I'm trying to give this some room as I really do enjoy the Dragon Age franchise, but so far I'm more dissapointed than anything else.

I would have been more excited to have paid for chapters of Dragon Age Journey's type gameplay.  In fact I was waiting forever to purchase more content for DA Journey.  
I miss the story and NPC character's as well, this just feels more like a hack and slash that wants my line of credit maxed out.  I'll play some more and see if it grows on me, and the lure of unlockables for DA2 is high but so far...I don't know the whole thing just feels blah.
On the plus side, the animations/graphics still look great, there are swords and mages and equipment and castles??? and what not.  So that's all cool, plus when I log in it says "BE LEGENDARY!" and that gives me a + 5 boost to play more.

How am i getting the key? I signed up for this day 1 and still havent gotten key? what in the world!!
