That's a bit naive.
This is the 2010's video game industry we are talking about.

This isn't the DLC they've been hyping up. This is just something extra they've put out before the big one comes along.

(Not all of them though, Jack would look ridiculous in armor, for example)
And then there's those of us who think she currently looks ridiculous in combat.
True enough, I didn't mean to imply that your point of view should be overlooked. And I don't completely disagree with you, I just think that if she's going to get some armor at some point, it probably shouldn't look like something we've seen before. I have a hard time picturing her looking right in an armor design that we've seen in ME1 or 2. She'd probably look pretty cool in something similar to Isaac Clarke's armor in Dead space, because it doesn't look sleek like ME armor, and it has a rugged industrial color scheme. I think that'd suit Jack pretty well.

Pleased to see that Tali has as well, even if she didn't need it.
It's not a big DLC, but armor for Miranda (and a new AA pack in general) is something that the fans have been asking for.

I am glad Bioware is back to putting out DLC of any kind for ME. It seems theyre finally done holding them back - For the PS3 users to settle in, i imagine.

Yeah, I remember BioWare releasing at least one piece of DLC (anything: a weapon, an alternate appearance pack, etc.) every month starting in January 2010 when it came out (the first ones were free). Then it stopped in September 2010 w/ Lair of the Shadow Broker. If it was some type of PS3 appeasing, I'll be pissed. I just assumed they were all too busy with the last piece of bridging DLC. Anyway, the 4 month hiatus is over!

As Chris mentioned briefly in the OP, the inspiration for this pack really came from the community. ME2 for 360 and PC is over a year old, and many of you folks are so committed and dedicated on these forums, that we wanted you to be a part of this DLC.
We very much appreciate that you continue to support us and our DLC endeavors through your multiple playthroughs. Rest assured, we're always working hard on releases (both big and small!) that can expand the Mass Effect universe.

I'm really glad that Bioware are trying to give us what we want, I really am, and I love the fact that Miranda can now have a proper set of armour to wear, but why bother doing it if you're not going to do it properly?
A lot of peole didn't like the retarded 80s mirror shades in the first pack so you gave us HUDs in the second, and I know that somebody put time into creating them, but I would rather they hadn't bothered as they are just so fugly, they stick out like a baboons arse and spoil the outfits almost as much as the mirror shades did.
If they were more subtle then they wouldn't be so bad, but c'mon, bright putrid yellow for Miranda? *Gag*, it looks awfull, which is a shame as her armour looks fantastic.
And where the hell are the armour plates for Grunts arms? I know hes built like a brick sh**house but he still needs to be covered.
Sorry, I know you're trying to give us what we want and we can be really difficult at time, but it's because we want the game to be the best it can be.

Your welcome! I'll show my thanks by giving you $2 next Tuesday. It's awesome you guys and gals can turn our passion, love, suggestions, b*tching, and bickering into something productive.
Keep on working on that last bridging DLC!
