Miranda's new armor alone was worth it. Grunt's armor is pretty nifty too. Can't say I care much for Tali's new armor though, her old armor was way more fitting.

This looks surprisingly better in game than in screenshots. Miranda's visor is more transparent, Tali's outfit is more glossy and torso plating and finally matching to neck and Grunt now can terrify prople in dark corners (visors look predatorial). Worth buying? Definitely yes!

I'm hesitant to pay 160 pts for this considering how crappy the first one was......here's a tip on how to make the appearance's look better......don't give everyone a visor. Jack's appearance in the first pack would've been awesome without the stupid visor.

For the points issue, you can chat with an online customer service rep on EA's store site or call during business hours. I did the online chat, my purchase was verified and I was credited immediately (I also used paypal and got the same link fail). Only took about 5 minutes total.

A pain in the rectal area but easily resolved. This happened to me last week so I know they have to be aware of the problem. You would think that this would be an easy fix.

I got it resolved. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. I never would have known about the support chat.

If you get an appearance pack, do you have the option to switch between the characters' standard appearances and the new ones (like with Shepard's armor)? Or are they stuck on the new ones?

Switchable. It's like when you get the new armor when they turn Loyal. You can change if you want but it's all preference not force.

Thanks. I'm late to the party and just started playing the game after waiting several months to get a new computer, so I'm still getting used to the differences between ME1 and ME2. This should be interesting.

Again, I ask for assistance, no one responded in the 360 support forum. It's not appearing on Xbox Live Marketplace where I live (i.e. Philippines). When I load up the game, it appears on Cerberus Network, but refuses to download, saying "there are no items available for purchase". 

Is there something wrong here? Why am I not getting it?
