I was holding off on this, so only just bought it yesterday.
Really liking Miranda's suit so far, though Grunt's is a little weird (he doesn't seem the sort of guy who would be comforable with fiddly little visors and things).

That is so friggin sloppy. I would expect something like this from those souless money grabbing suits from EA, but not from BioWare. Oh wait...

Next AAP will be Jacob, Samara, and Mordin. Calling it now. I seriously doubt they'll do Zaeed and Kasumi because they're DLC, and Legion is a huge spoiler of you haven't finished the game.

Ah yes sorry forgot that part, maybe they do 4 charachters in the appearance pack 3 or they do a 4th pack for Legion, Zaeed and Kasumi

What would be really awesome is Zaeed in a Blue suns commander outfit. But kinda like he customised it. Like, a scar through the sigh, a bit of extra armor here and there, stuff like that.

These DLC skins are a great way of representing what players in the community are asking about for someone like me who doesn't really take an active roll here in the forums. Honestly, I found it strange that people are asking for more stuff on female characters, such as the Jack DLC and here with this Miranda DLC.
With that said I believe immersion plays a big factor in these games and it would be totally unrealistic to have them skipping around in bikini's with assault rifles (though some anime enthusiasts would no doubt love that, that's not ME). Ashley's armor in the first game supplemented her feminine shape while providing realistic protection, overall a great look. I find Miranda's new armor bulky and somewhat masculine, almost taking a bit away from her sensuality by hiding her physique (and I think her body was her most attractive feature). Jack's armor was just clothing, basically designed only to cover her up, which almost doesn't fit Jack's personality; with her it's like, she's "been through hell and has the marks to prove it," and wants to show them off. Even if Jack did wear clothes, they would reveal her many tattoo's, which are basically her life story in ink.
Yea Miranda's a soldier fighting side-by-side with Shepard, but she's a woman and I think that should always be reflected in how she presents herself. The same for all the "women of ME." If there was a butch female character that bulky armor would fit on, then sure, it would have my full support (like if there was a character like Pvt. Good APP all around. Worked to get me to buy the previous one.
However, like others, I was very disappointed when i took Grunt on the collector ship mission. I didn't know about the helmet not being reworked and did a double take...
How could they miss that?

I've had the new AAP since it launched. I was excited at first with Miranda's new armor, now I find it annoying in cut scenes with the visor and when they zoom in on her now armored behind. I leave her in her normal outfit now. Grunt Like everything, but the visor and the helmet glitch. Tali, love it except they made the HUD way too bright and the rest of her visor so opaque you cant even see her eyes anymore.
Overall I like Grunts and Tali's, I think they took Miranda a little too overboard.

Yea I saw the flyer too. The background showed what looked like a pic from the end of the ME3 trailer of Earth getting attacked, if I'm not mistaken.

Well, numbers alone mean that all 12 will be in a DLC.
Otherwise the last DLC will just be 1 character and I'm not sure that's practical.
It seems to be a priority that Legion gets his damage repaired, so I assume that will be attended to sooner or later.
I just hope he doesn't end up wearing something on his head......

I think Kasumi might get an armor similar to Tali's new version.
Jacob might end up with a male variant of Miranda's armor (to me, Miranda's armor looks like the Cerberus armor).
Going with that theme, Samara will probably get an Asari armored suit, if they have such a thing.
No idea what Mordin will get, he's already wearing armor, so maybe energized tech panels or something.
