 hi, this may see stupid, but i am stuck in immil vale.. 
there are no spirits for me to devour there and I cant travel anywere because my spirit energy is 8, i cant use the XP taker ability because i need even less energy and I got no idea what to do there.. The witches are gone and the ugly hug is dead with every spirit in the mine.. any help?

off the top of my head,

Can you sit around in the Vale until the energy bar goes down far enough to Satiate?



if I'm reading your post right, that's the no-cheat method ..

One thing just occurred to me. If you haven't done the Dreamstone, you get to suppress in the dream and when you wake up your suppress is reset because you've just slept. So you get 2 free suppress uses to boost your energy before you leave. You might be able to eat something in that dream but I've never tried (don't think anything in that dream is edible anyway).

i need more then 2 suppress to travel anywere and ive already been in the dreamstone anyway..

Ill try to wait until my bar would get down enough to use satiate.
