It sounds to me like most of you are marking points down due fear of change and things that seem way beyond Bioware's control ask yourself this, have played a bioware game that was a stinker? I sure haven't

When the game is released then we should judge not before.

And just to let you know my DA2 Excitement level is 10/10 Biwore have never made I didn't like (cept Balders Gate 1 I was too young god dammit and playing unreal and quake was far easier)

A solid 10 for anticipation for me, seems like they've trimmed all the fat and annoying quibble's that dulled my enjoyment of DA: Origins.
I like the responsiveness of the new combat system, I like the new uncluttered menu screens, I like the fact I won't be spending half an hour deciding who's going to get my newly-acquired "Happy Boots of Doom" and I particularly like the fact that my character now has a voice. All in all, I can't wait.

Usually when the marketing tightens up on information it's because they're hoping to get a lot of preorders in so that even if it's lauded as the worst game ever, they'll make a tidy profit.

DAO marketing was just as shocking as DA2 has been.

Very excited! Just bummed out that the game is a little over a month away, and we've been waiting for many more months than that, but it just seems so far away! I feel like Cartman wanting to freeze myself and then unfreeze myself on release day!

Power outage/loss of dsl/internet for a few days/EA screws up the servers-game attempts to phone home

AHA!!!!!!! KNEW you were really a pirate all along; game won't start.

Have you  seen any of the fun happy times people have had dealing with EA tech support, attempting to get ME problems/Spore problems straightened out?

I don't quite understand how expecting to be able to play my legally purchased copy of the game is an unrealistic expectation. Isn't that why you buy a game? I sure don't buy a game expecting it to shut down because it thinks I don't actually own it. The changes just about killed the game for me; the drm just finished it off. Maybe at some point if the super ultimate compilation edition goes on sale on steam, but it will be an afterthought, really.

I love what I see and support most of the changes.
Never really got into the "Art Design" of DAO and that hasnt changed with DA2.
I give it a 8/10

After the Feb 01 stunt Bioware pulled, I'm not so excited about DA2 anymore. If they announce that the game is delayed by another month...oh well, whatever *roll over and go back to sleep*.

Dragon Age: Origins is one of my favorite games of all time. Skyrim is 10/10 as well for me. Mass Effect 3 is about an 8, I hope they don't bum it down even more =)

Wow i think it's really nice to see so much support, to the people dissapointed about yesterday, i feel the same trust me, but why let that ruin it for you, sure it was a somewhat dickish move but we are all hopefully adults here and being girlishly offended isn't the most constructive way to deal with this, i honestly think that bioware hears our plea's, especially if they are based on a reasonable argument.
