Now with the drm announcement there aren't negative numbers given as an option, so I can't really choose.

Used to be a 10/10, but I think my enthusiasm has deflated a bit since then. I already Pre-Ordered SE, so roughly 7/10. It has the potential to be a great game.

Ehh, even with what Facebook in general has done to this game I still gotta give DA2 props. Every day between now and March is a chore. Really excited for this but it isn't the main focus of my existence so I give it a 9/10

10/10. Today's misstep disappointed me, but it doesn't change my opinion of the game. It's not like the game is suddenly going to be less fun.

hmm.. thought DAO was meh, loved Baldur's Gate II and KOTOR, feel like Bioware has really dropped in quality with each game they've made since then. Also, hate Bioware and EA for trying to sell items, characters, side quests, etc to their customers through overly priced DLC when in actuality they should be included in the game. And frankly i'm disgusted with the direction the company is going. Each game looks like they are stripping it more and more to the bone and selling the pieces that should've been there to begin with back to us in DLC form. but no one makes this type of game anymore and I love fantasy crpgs and I am sort of naively hoping this game goes against the trend and ends up being really good.  so a bitter 9/10 in excitement but pessimistically thinking this game will be short and bad.

I'm gonna go with a 6 or 7, and like some have said, that is only because of my adoration for DA:O. I'm not too excited about many of the changes, but I'm a fangirl for BioWare's writing. I am pumped for the continuation of the Dragon Age story, and some of these new characters seem pretty darn interesting.

Oh, Arkham City.  Now that's a game I'm looking forward too. Granted, that's mostly because I'm a Batman fangirl, but, well...

DA2 just doesn't have that pull anymore. There's nothing to react to, except old information being recycled. Heck, I still don't know what the main plot is besides "HAWKE BECOMES AWESOME... TO SOME PEOPLE."

About a 4, sometimes teetering on a 5. That's not much changed for me since the release date announcement. I've preordered but only cause I can't stand to miss out on stuff.



To put that in context - I bought Origins from Steam in April this year...I had to be convinced to try it. So, not a Bioware afficionado. I did like Origins, a lot, so that's keeping me mildly interested in DA2. Nothing that's been announced has really piqued my interest above that. Happy to be proven wrong though...I'll post an official apology in fact

10. But there are a lot of tens this year; DA2, Skyrim, ME3, Deus Ex, Arkham City, and Zelda: Skyward Sword to name a few....oh and The Witcher 2, and LA Noire.....and Bioshock Infinite.
