8/10. That's as excited as I get about a piece of software.
1 to 10, how excited are you for Dragon Age II?

I am pretty darn excited actually!
As far as it goes measuring the 1 - 10 in only gaming terms then 10/10.
In life itself, well I have 3 kids so not nearly so high..............

I'm 10/10 actually. I'm really psyched but that's true with nearly everything Bioware releases.
That's right I'm fanboy to the core, sue me.

10/10. Really. I check the forums everyday for news, I think that's the most excited I've been for a video game. The last game was mass effect 2 and uh..Heavy rain (AKA: QTE the movie).
Even DAO didn't get me hyped up like this. Honestly.

Somewhat disappointed that there wasn't a demo but I'm still excited for this game and I prefer not to have any major plot points (that aren't obvious) be spoiled. Besides, I have Black Ops to keep me satisfied until this long, long month is over.

A solid one out of ten after learning about the game's DRM.

6/10 Hoping the game will be awesome but I have this sinking feeling the story is going to revolve around mages and make me rage.

Derp....
I would have to say im at 8/10
I am excited but pessimistic about how much fun thsi game will be. Also the fact taht I will probably be waiting 30 to 40 minutes just downloading signiture edition, normal edition, and promo codes for my character and it will be a bother. As of now, I have 17 items to download...not counting any potential dr pepper items.
Cannot wait until I can actually start a new game for the first time, after I have spent an hour figuring out whati want my character to look like (Im picky I know).

6/10. We'll see. I'm mostly reserving judgment. The marketing certainly seems odd. But maybe that's just the marketing.

These days, I'd say about a 3/10.
I never pre-order games. But I pre-ordered DA2 because I thought DA:O was damn good. I even thought DA:A, as buggy and short and now-and-again annoying as it was, was good. I didn't like GoA much, and had my problems with WH, but I still enjoyed playing them. So, yea, I was excited for DA2.
Then came the dialogue wheel. Then the new art. Then the new combat. Then voiced PC. Then shorter game length. Then ninja rogues, warp-speed warriors, static companion costumes, etc., etc.
Then limited trailers. Little companion info. Rather iffy combat walkthrough video. Voice for Hawke I don't like. No FemHawke voice. No gameplay footage. Poor marketing. And, although it doesn't affect me, the pre-order issues with Steam, and now with Amazon UK.
Frankly, my enthusiam is going down by the week at this point. I still have my pre-order, and I won't cancel it, and I'll play the game, and hope I'm pleasantly surprised.
But I'm not expecting much anymore.

8/10 Most Excited I've been about a game in a LONG time, but it's not on my mind every second of every day or anything.
I can't believe so many people are letting the demo thing bring their excitement for the game down though. Seriously, I'm a little aggravated about the way they handled it as well, but Jesus it would have JUST been a demo. Not THAT big of a deal.

With the dismal failure that has been DA2's marketing--which seems more concerned with everything except the actual game at certain points--it just doesn't seem like even BioWare is excited about the game.
So if they aren't, why should I?
With how much as changed, I'm treating DA2 as a completely new game without any attachments to Origins. With that in mind, everything I've seen has been more or less an utter disappointment.
Luckily, if DA2 blows, at least Shogun 2 comes out like a week later.

Eager to play, but considering some of the design changes with the PC, framed narrative, and shorter length, I'm not getting my hopes high to believe this will surpass DA:O.

Not convinved by the combat video
Don't like DRM
It would be unfair to give it < 5, as I doubt Bioware would release a totally **** game but on the other hand I'm not eager to play it. Everything so far sounds like the sort of game I buy 2 yrs after relase for 5-10£, to play over a weekend.

6, maybe 7/10. I`m very iffy on the story and actual gameplay because I don`t know anything about them except for that 3 minute gameplay video and that the story has Hawke become champion of Kirkwall. If I didn`t play Origins on looked at this game as it`s own game, I wouldn`t of pre ordered, I would of been like "oh some low budget game that can`t afford decent advertising" but my faith in Bioware is what`s keeping me hyped. Also I am a bit bitter about todays grand announcement.

Since namco is announcing Tales of Graces F, and possible Vesperia, localization tomorrow. Kinda stole the thunder for two week. Which is a good thing, but in 2 weeks I will be back up to 9/10 for DA 2.
