Merchant2006 - play.com's website only mentions the Amulet of ashes, are you sure that they also get the LoS and Fadeshear too?

Also it's already been proven that what you quoted there is not accurate when Chris said (two days ago) they are not included with the SE and that your retailer has to provide them.

This means anyone who ordered the SE from a retailer that is not offering the pre-order bonuses will not be receiving them (unless BioWare get their act together and live up to their promises).

you have to contact play.com about that. They are not running out of copies, looks like they are just confused.

I still hope that bioware/ea is working on this behind the scenes, if not there are going to be a lot of disappointed customers.

This is something I'd still like to see the bottom of. The AmazonUK situation is hopefully on its way to being resolved, but this is much more unfathomable. Only thing I can think of is that they thought when the SIG edition deadline ended and stopped taking orders for it, they confused it thinking that the SIG edition had been cancelled altogether.

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. They would not accept my word on it when i tried to explain. Chris said "Our team in the UK has made it clear to UK retailers that this is in effect" in regards to their understanding that there was limited stock. I understand that there is a line between Bioware and the retailers but i wish that more was being done to solve this.

I ordered my sig edition from gamergate. They told me we will be receiving the fadeshear and lion of orlais items. Its listed on the normal edition on their site and not on the previous sig page so hopefully the email response was correct and I will get all the items.

Not really anything I can do about it now, after looking around the only people still selling Signature Editions were on Ebay so I pre-ordered a copy from a business seller for a rip off price the next day...

uh, if you pre-order the normal edition you can make sure to get the pre-order-bonus. And if you wait a bit, you will be able to buy the additional signature edition content as dlc for roughly 20$. Might be worth thinking about

Well I can't, I just finish paying the full price, along with a few games I loved paid it off. I can live without the pre-order DLC... But I really do want that mabari.

Well I can't, I just finish paying the full price, along with a few games I loved paid it off. I can live without the pre-order DLC... But I really do want that mabari.

The Mabari is part of the Black Emporium, which comes in the box. =) Its only the Sword and Shield you will be missing.

Sorry, one last thing: For the people who pre order the SE from gamestop will get EVERYTHING. This topic made me somewhat nervous, so I had to check in case.

I saw that too so I figured I would be alright, but when I got off the phone they said they checked and told me it's not included.  I only called because this thread had me worried.

I'm still holding onto my pre-order and hoping the person over the phone turns out to be wrong.

Hey, sorry to bring this up again, but I thought of something I wanted to ask you.  When you called them, did you mention that Amazon.com's Dragon Age 2 page specifically says that Signature Edition pre-orders qualify?

Just wanted to let anyone who doesn't know, I just read the listing for DA2 on Amazon.com (where I pre-ordered a signature edition), and read the BONUS OFFER section:
"Existing pre-orders of Bioware Signature Edition will automatically qualify for this offer. Offer valid when shipped and sold by Amazon.com, while supplies last, and limited to one purchase per customer."

So, good news for SE pre-orders from Amazon.com =)

From what I read and heard, the Signature edition is going to give you everything that the normal pre-order would provide.  BioWare even has it on its website.  But I ordered mine from Gamestop.  You would think the SE would include everything because you had to preorder way in advance.

I preordered from amazon.ca and didn't get any code. Not in the box either.
