Hi,

I tried to add bioware points yesterday with Paypal but after processing payments I had an error page. My paypal account was debited and had no points to buy some DLC ...

Then I tried with Sofortüberweisung, same problem, my bank account was debited and no points ..

I don't understand EA support website so if someone can help me here ...
