Hello there,

I just wanted to add Bioware Points with a Paysafecard (I'm from germany) to get the DLC for Mass Effect 2.
My
question is how long it takes for the points to show up on my account,
and in case they're supposed to show up instantly, why they're not there
yet. I have the US version of the game if that's a relevant fact. The paysafecard was bought in a german store and the money has already been deducted. Hope

I still did not receive the Bioware points. I'm getting a little bit frustrated. If there are any more infos I can provide you with to find an answer to my problem, I will happily provide them. I bought 2800 points  (1600 + 1200) and payed nearly 25 euros without the points showing up.

If anyone else has problems, i would visit the EA support site and start the support-chat. I explained the situation to the EA-employee and he helped me right away.

support chat did it for me! Took them about 10 minutes. I think the mass effect-styled bioware points thingy does not work. Use the dragon age one.
