I really can not get my new characters to load no matter how many saves or how much I fiddle with items I have checked my diagnostics page it clear for these characters......I have a theory as to why I am having issues but not sure how to check or fix it.

I have Dragon Age, and Dragon age Ultimate both on my PC, (both Via steam if that matters?  I also it running on built in Admin Account, as well as my normal account on Windows 7 Ultimate....

My theory is DA updater has to be able to know where the player character files are in order to upload them and may be being pointed to the wrong place because of multiple bioeware char directories (for different users) but it's the same Daupdater service running I'm guessing. Where does it save this info so i can check.....

pictures and achievements load without issue. Any ideas?

Also I have one char that shows on my diagnostics with 4 files, but is NOT listed on management screen.I deleted them, but files appear to have reuploaded....but not showing. ?????

okay this is just Bizarre my main Characte WILL NOT update however my new lil experiment character level 2 did....my main char is like 16+ now, and not a single entry.....I did have another character of the same name as my main character but deleted it...could this be stopping it from updating? and if so how do i fix?

I played the game a year ago..all that info is still here..but recently have been playing again and nothing is uploading..my new char is up to level 10 now...nothing...

No clue here

This is happening to me on Dragon Age 2 now as well. Hasn't update since March 16th.

My current DA:O character hasn't updated since February 8 (depite unsing the usual tricks like "proper" save, changing armor, etc...)

I have this problem too, but for me something quite easy is working well to update characters & achievements:

I just open the InGame Menu when I'm playing and then clicking Player-Profile and there in the corner "Online-Profile", everytime I do that the website opens and everything is updated.

Certainly not the meant sense of an update system, but so at least you can upload your characters and achievements here.

Tried it. Doesn't work right now... hopefully the server will be back in a few hours...
