After I acquired Advance Training from the lab. I spent 5000 element zero on Stasis. After I save and reload at the check point, my Stasis power is gain with no element zero being refunded.

At first there is Advance Training power, later I found out that not only I don't receive any new power anymore but also losing element zero every time I use.

Another thing, my squad member skill points are being reset. Do not know how it happen because I know that you cannot re-train your squad member's skill (Happen on Miranda Lawson).
