Yes, paying 300 dollars to upgrade my PC is the end all solution for bad controls on console.
I honestly am beginning to hate PC players, thanks to the internet. Some of the most selfish bunch of people on earth.
What do you lose by consoles having better controls? What do you gain by telling people to spend money on a new PC? Outside of self rightteousness?
No one's forcing you to upgrade all at once. Like I said. Just save a little cash here and there, at a pace that suits you.
The fact is, that unless DAII uses some kind of motion-sensing controller, playing a mage will always be better on PC. By upgrading at a point when you can afford it, you'll be doing yourself a favour in the long run.
The issue is that this doesn't fix the problem on consoles, and is borderline trolling.
It's like if I were to go in the drm thread and say "lol PC players. I don't have to deal with this crap on a console"
It has nothing to do with the point of DRM. It's a pointless statement towards fixing that issue. Just like saying get a new PC or play on PC doesn't fix the issue on consoles. So why do you guys do it? Is it that fun to be self-righteous on the internet?
Anyway, the issue with playing mages on console is the lack of spell selection via the 6 ability slot system. I don't know why this is continuously ignored as a point around here, but I am getting used to ignorance via omission from devs here.
