No, thank Maker for digital distribution.
God yes, physical copies are a thing of the past.
Am I one of the only people who prefers physical copies of games, DVD's etc?

I doubt the GameStop we ordered from will do a midnight opening, but they will sometimes open an hour or two earlier than the mall proper on release days. I'm hoping that's the case so we can get in and grab our games and get home before the place is too busy.
All those old lady mall walkers better stay outta my way on Tuesday, s'all I'm sayin'.

I just called to confirm that my pre-order location is doing the midnight release. The answer is affirmative, so I will absolutely be on their doorstep at the stroke of midnight!

Yes. Checked at my Gamestop and they are having one. Picking it up at midnight and pulling an all-nighter. Paying hooky from work the next day.

Nope. I hate having physical copies. Too much clutter in my computer room. Direct2Drive is pretty much how I'm getting all my games, now.

Nah, I'll just get it when I wake up.

Midnight release is half of the fun when getting the game. It's like a giant party with a bunch of people you don't know, except you all have something in common. And my gamestop usually hands out free stuff during these things too so thats a plus.

I thought this until I went to the midnight release for one of the WoW expansions. It was like an hour long funerary march of shame.

Yesss I am. I'm stocked up on energy drinks to sustain me through the night, AND I'm taking the next day off of work.
Pathetic? You bet. No shame here.

Nope. I got a digital copy on Impulse. I even got the Signature Edition because Impulse is cooler than Steam.

I have been to a couple of the midnight sale events and they are a drab unless you are off the next day.
By the time I reach home, I am exhausted and just hit the bed.
Not worth it especially in winter.

If my local Gamestop is holding a midnight release, then yes, I will be there.
This.
Since I Pre-Ordered SE to be mail to me instead of pick-up-at-store, I will have to buy two copies now...

Is there anywhere online where you can check if your Gamestop is having a midnight opening? Yeah, I know, just call, but I don't like calling my Gamestop, full of idiots.
