Wow, I came close to messing this up. I was about to do the Shadow Broker but I went back to check the terminal real quick. Good thing I did.

I have done the Shadow Broker mission first and had no problem because you still have access to Liara's computer in her office to get the information that you need for Samara and Thane. Personally I feel too much guilt not to help Liara before the others she is awesome!!
