Just confirmed by EA Germany. Demo coming on 22nd February for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

You can play the prologue with all three classes and you also get to see Kirkwall and Isabela. The demo also unlocks a weapon called "Hayders Razor", which increases health, mana and "combat skills".

Interesting. Looking forward to it. Shame there had to be that leak pre-2.1.11, or I imagine this news would have been greeted more favorably.

Not to imply people would have been more impressed by DA:L, that... well, I'm not gonna go there.

That being said, I would be interested to know if the demo includes a character creator, and if it could be used to create Hawkes for future import into the retail version.

This is really weird because on DA2 facbook page there is a gamersspot article  in which it says that it's not confirmed...  
Will these people please make up their mind, it's getting rather ridiculous
