Games are released on Tuesdays in North America because that is when the stores restock. Just saying, that's why it's always a Tuesday.

I believe it has been said (somewhere), and unfortunately the difficulty is locked at "Normal" for this demo.

You'll be able to nightmare it up all you want in the full game though, there are some really intense boss fights that are even tough on normal so I'd love to see someone try tackling them on nightmare.  Just another thing to look forward to, I suppose!

Sadly, I'm going to have to play on nightmare first time trhough as that's only the setting that I can have friendly fire, so hopefully I'm up to the task. I was just hoping for a bit of practice first with the demo.

So Wed, is over, and still waiting. While Demo is slated for Feb 22, I keep hoping devs will release it early for no other reason then randomly pleasing fans. Chances of that, slim to none. Still I keep hoping.



I understand games are shipped and stocked on Monday nights, but a demo is a electronic file, I have no idea why it's a tuesday.

Here is a tip (not just for you Osena, for evryone). If a Dev has posted in a thread, you will see an official looking "BioWare" tag on that thread.

If you click the BioWare tag, it will display what the OP said and any responses made by any BioWare staff in that thread.

Try it now and see if your question has already been answered. I know people do not always want to read through 20+ pages to see if the answer is there, but this is a nice shortcut.

This is all I needed to know.  Hooray.  I'm kinda sad that the character creator isn't included, but I'll get over it when the real game comes out.

Edit!  Where are we gonna download it from?  Somewhere on Bioware and/or EA's website?

Or you can simply add "&lf=8" to the address bar, at the very end. Then delete it to see all comments.

Example:

http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/141/index/5920207/27 -> note that the "/27" represents the page (page 27 in this case). You'll have to overwrite "/27" when you add "&lf=8" because dev comments don't take up more than one or two pages usually, so if the address were http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/141/index/5920207/27&lf=8 your navigator wouldn't be able to reach it simply because there are no 27 pages of dev comments. So the tight address would be http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/141/index/5920207&lf=8.
