That's how BioWare's advertising has worked since ME1.

I'm kinda surprised they're even letting us choose a female Hawke.

It would had been failure to not to. It is a demo after all. Letting peeps to move hot chick for some time and then ending the game is just enough for peeps to want more before the novelty wears out.

I definitely wouldn't.  I'd much prefer a demo.

I bloody well wouldn't...I made a character in Origins, it's only going to be the same type of thing; I'd rather see the new gameplay, graphics and characters...

I know a lot of people rather have a playable demo than CC. Me? At this point I dont even care I just want to play. So yes Thank you Bioware for giving us a demo in a few weeks. I can't complain.

And kudos for the demo. Nothing boosts a game sale like a good old Demo!  Well, except when it is the 4th chapter of an amazing title, publisher changes devs, strips the game of the core elements that made that title great and they prolly deserved this:

(weird thing here is that ME2 got the second place! LOL... I love ME2... posted some amazing ME2 vids from my YT channel to the guys in some other forum bashing it and they loved it!)

I didn't buy gothic 4 because you can't play a female...part of why I love BioWare so much - true character creationis what makes it an RPG for me...

Thanks for honestly answering the questions. The answers are a bit disappointing, but it's great that we're getting a demo at all. I might end up skipping the demo now, but I'm still really looking forward to the full game.

No CC? Sugar. I was hoping for one. I suppose it's not really necessary, but my hype skyrockets when I get ahold of one. I even considered buying EVE Online for it's CC, but good lord, I hate the gameplay. Were there complications, I wonder, in including it?

Feb 22 and March 8 cannot come fast enough. Have played through DAO and DAOA more times then I will freely admit to Hope DAII is as addictive.

Don't think Ill be doing the demo (unless I really cant resist, I'm free that week >_> ) Don't think I wanna get the game spoiled by playing a generic hawke to just unlock a weapon.......

The fine print says you have to log into your EA account to unlock the weapon, and also register your full game with, therefore, I think if you do that both on PC and Xbox (as I have heard you can), should work? I can't say for sure though.
