Well, i'd assume so, considering that's been the case for every demo since.. a couple of years back... It's really a Microsoft thing and not a Bioware deal.. It's to give further incentive to go gold..

I don't know if this was asked before but do we see examples of the dominate personality in the demo? 

What I mean is do we get enough intent choices, to see a change in the way the character speaks in both combat and scenes in the demo.

if you're such a fanboy how come you didn't pre-order the signiture edition? where you one of those, 'if it ain't on steam I ain't getting it' people?

I have the pc version pre-ordered at 2 places, pre-ordered it back in november from ea store for little under £21 using voucher codes but I'm worried they'll either cancle the pre-order or try to charge me full price(£35) so have it pre-odered from game for £25(did that just days before the sig edition deadline passed). will cancle/return the game pre-order if the ea store one comes through at the reduced price, tho I'm tempted to ask if I can cancle the ea store one due to all the issues I'm having trying to download battlefield bad company 2 using their download manager(but not had any issues downloading da:o ue(bought from amazon and redemed the cd key in the download manager, downloaded game so don't have to get the discs out ), me2(bough c.e back when it came out and have redemed the cd key in the download manager same as da:o ue), crysis warhead or pinnicle station).

I wasn't aware that demos worked like that, because I don't usually get them, just other stuff that works fine with a silver account. I wasn't personally blaming Bioware though. I'll have to find out what else you get for getting a gold account because if it's just online play and demos then I think I'll just wait the week.

makes me wonder if morrigons son is going to be spoken of in dragon age 2 and if hell be the heroe in the third one were you can either create him or if you have DAO data the kid will automatically generate based on fathers looks that would be cool or at least talk about the kid even...a sentence i would rate DA 2 10 times better

Thats not Biowares fault. No FSK 16 or FSK 18 demos are available on the PSN in Germany.
I created a second account on my ps3 where I created a PSN Uk account to download all the 16+ demos.

I've got a strange question...



The offer expires in May, but the game is released before the expiration date.



So, I can install the game, and also download the demo, play it, and get the free item despite the fact the game will already have been released by the time I play the demo?



(I live somewhere where downloading this on release isn't an option due to awful Internet connections... but I'll be in the UK soon and will download then.)

It's probably been asked but I will ask it again. Now that the MAC edition has officially been promoted on the dragon age home page will the demo be released for MAC as well?
