I guess the DX11 Renderpipeline is in there, just not the extra effects that come with it.PaganOak wrote...

If they included all those extra texture maps and effects, the demo would be a few hundred megabytes bigger, maybe even a Gigabyte bigger.
So in order to keep the filesize at a halfway economic level, the extra features were left out, like the character editor for instance.

edit: I started my dl from Bioware at 9 am. it's only at %50ish. I'm already at %50 with the gamershell mirrior after 5 minutes.
