Spiffy, too bad Keep is the normal size, I was hoping it would match the oddly large size of the Kirkwall Gate litho, just to look nice on my wall.

Great opportunity for an oversized "Kirkwall" series gone.

I like the Kirkwall keep one, not so keen on the Deep Roads, just my opinion, but it's missing something.

Thank you Tenny, I agree with Shepard. Their both the same perpective but the keep has more colour/detail to look at. One is the bad side and one is the good side.......................of the force!

The keep is supposed to look more frivolous, though...while the Deep Roads are supposed to be grand, certainly - not pretty, but ruined...? - Why isn't it ruined? Even the Deep roads outside of Orzammar appeared such...

I like that they made a generic(-ish) Litho for DA, though (Deep Roads), unless that shadowed figure is particularly DA2 related...which i assume it is, but still.

Great art, just not for my walls, I prefer the crispness of the older lithos over the more concept-arty newer DS and DA lithos. Just my preference, of course. I am sure plenty of people like this style better.

I really like the atmosphere of the Keep, but I agree with the others - the Deep Roads is missing something. It just seems too clean edged and barren, not like the Deep Roads in DAO, which had signs of life, and ruins everywhere. It's nicely done, and almost definitely looks better in person (like all the lithos), it just doesn't turn my crank. Reminds me a lot of Collectors.

I wish we could get higher-res images of all lithos before they go on sale.

Another iteration of the same point: I love Kirkwall Keep, but the Deep Roads has the general vibe of an underground car park; whilst it might not be expected to be quite as opulent as the former, I would've still expected it to be a bit more decorative. Still, it gives a good impression of the scale of the place.

Edit: typo. <_<

They have been put up onto the store website in preparation for the release later. At present they are "out of stock".

I'm still debating whether or not to get them myself, they look pretty sweet but I'm rapidly running out of wall space!

Edit I see they have the two pack up there now as well

Looking at the closeup pics on the store website, I like the keep even more - it looks extremely detailed. If the Deep Roads was more decorative, I'd probably jump at it, but without even knowing if it's an important moment in-game, it's hard to commit.

Agreed, I find it a bit bland. I think in something like that where there isn't much in the scene in terms of location there needs to be something going on with the characters in the screen. Or maybe this is kind of a "combo" thing where it is meant to highlight the differences between the locations.

To buy or not to buy...that is the question. Anyone else sold on these?

Meh, I'll probably wait em out.  The Keep is almost 'too' perfect, as is Deep Roads for that matter...and I still don't know the slightest thing about DA2...

Edit: Why are the close up pictures of the deep roads different? - look at the characters...  Edit2: Liked the original more - the outside guy looks like a ranger (maybe elven) while the 'new' outside char looks like...a qunari mage? *bleh*

You sir have a good point, they are different....

Decided to buy a Kirkwall Keep, I'm going to have to buy another wall at this rate to hang these things on.

Edit 1: Yeah seems to be a fairly tall character with an even larger staff/spear?
They seem to be selling out rather evenly though, 126 Kirkwall, 129 Deeproads

Keep looks great, Deep Roads is pretty generic, but I'm not surprised, since it wasn't too inspired a location in DAO anyways.

I bought a Keep to go next to KG. Maybe a Kirkwall XXX next to complete the trilogy?

My dislike for the Deep Roads litho aside, I'm still a bit sore over the last batch of DA II lithos. Seeing them still sitting there with excessive amounts of copies left after a 25% price slash, and knowing I paid full price for them not that long ago at release has me a little hesitant to pull the trigger so quickly this time.

And it sounds like your caution is well thought out considering these are barely moving at all. From when I was first able to get inventories up, they've sold 6 deep roads (I saw it at 130, now it's 124), 10 kirkwall keeps (also 130, now 120) and 4 of the 2 packs (started out at 87 when I saw). I likely missed out on about 10 of each from the initial first few orders, but I see no reason not to wait these ones out. I feel burned over Pragia, Purgatory, Blightlands and Garrett Hawke. Bioware can charge the $40 price for some of the more popular ones, but clearly it isn't sitting well for everything.

expect sales to increase after the release of DA2 as more people get hooked.
