Hi there. I googled to death but could not find answers to my questions so maybe someone in here can help me out :)

I'm interested in buying the 360 Ultimate Edition. What I want to know:

1. Do I need a Bioware/EA account to play the DLC or the game itself?
2. Is the DLC bound to my MS gamertag and/or Bioware/EA account?
3. Is the 360 needed to be connected to the internet to play the game?
4. Are there any kinds of "online authorization" mecanisms in the 360 version I should be aware of?

Thanks!

Others can correct me if I'm wrong (which I am sure I am).

1) Yes to activate dlc. Though someone has said they are playable off the disc in another thread (apparently you don't even have to input a code for redemption which would be different to the original release), in which case the answer is no.

2) Both. And just to complicate things, your actual console as well.

3) No. Not from my experience (I play exclusively offline unless I want to download something).

4) Console is less fiddly than PC as far as I can tell, so I don't think there are issues there for the 360.

Now waiting for others to correct me...

I do not have a home internet connection (hence the rare posts from me) and have had no problem playing any of the ultimate edition dlc (except for the Mass Effect 2 blood dragon armour and being unable to get the patch for witch hunt)

only the Mass Effect 2 blood dragon armour has a code for registration

Ultimate edition disc 1 recognises the dlc from disc 2 so no need for online authorisation

(other game discs will report the dlc as corrupt and refuse to allow you to play it)

They didn't include the patched version of Witch Hunt in the Ultimate Edition? That's a bit shoddy.
